My shop picture is on the web without my permisson!
I am flattered to find that our shop front window is on the internet, on 'Flickr 'website apparently posted by someone who took it and has now made it 'public property', so it says on Flickr. Is this true - can someone take your picture and make it public property?

Your thoughts anyone?

Thank you for your lovely replies - from the very beginning when we bought this old run down hairdressers this April we wanted the sign hand painted especially as it appears to be a dying art/trade.

Quite right about free advertising as when I took the picture myself the damn flashlight reflected on the glass, so this one sure is far superior. I feel tempted to write to the gentleman on Flickr and thank him!

I would, ask him to email you a copy so you can use it in advertising
