Could you not install sage at work too or would you have to buy an additional license?

I'd have thought an off the shelf package perhaps something like quickbooks would suffice? Pretty sure there are a few things out there, prob a little more powerful than what you need it for though?

Dependant on the version, you can network Sage, maybe an option?

Can you just run the invoice side of things on it I'm happy with how I use sage but just need staff to be able access the day to day booking of items easily

Was that to me?

Kashflow is done all online, so you just login through an internet browser.

You can just set-up each account customer and add invoices to it and fire them off by email or print.

Obviously it does alot more than that, like import them into sage etc.

Think its £20 a month tho

Or can you not install another copy of Sage on your shop pc? (You can do this without buying another licence hehehe.) Or is your concern that it's a bit complicated for the florists to use?

It's not a bad idea, you can set the user access rights so they can only get onto sales ledger, so it's not confusing for them. Then you'll all be working from the same style reports too, might make your monthly reporting easier. I'm a big fan of Sage .

you could set up a simple database in say Access with an invoice template which you could then if you wish import into Sage one a month for your accounts. easy
