Hi guys..............
Just a quick one regarding flowers in City Centres reception desks........... Have you found it easier getting customers/clients by going in and asking who deals with your flowers or phoning for the relevant person who deals with them? Just wonderd what your luck has been? |

I have found that going in and chatting works sometimes, ask if they are really happy with what they have at present and whether they would consider changing. Then offer them a free sample matching the cost of what they have at present, as most places have a budget and stick to it, delivering it soon after the current corporate has been delivered for that week. Otherwise leave a business card for the person who is responsible for ordering and follow it up with a call later.
