I agree with you there Alan, cards are a personal thing. While I worked in a florists I took a calligraphy course at college so if customers wanted something different or more personal than the pre-printed cards we had in the shop I was able to make one for them.

Wow gem, now that is dedication to the job, Well done!
Kay, I am not as good as gem, I get the little peel off names from a card making shop and jig about with the letters until I get the ones I want.

For me it's the floral tribute that counts. But if thats what people are looking for, then thats what you need to do. I know a babies funeral is a horrible thing to contemplate, but it's suprising what makes the parents feel they have done the right thing, by their precious little bundle of love. Nice little money earner for you, and the relatives are happy too. All the best FLOW:

I was disappointed with the choice of cards when I was looking for them last year ~ hardly any choice of Brother or Son ~ they were too old or too young looking and I really didn't want the same card as the ex hubby and the Boys didn't all want the same card ~ they said it looked like we couldn't be bothered to choose ~ people do look at the cards after the service ~ even I noticed that there were a few cards the same ~ anyway I ended up making my own for Paul from me and the hubby ~ went for the footie colours to edge it and wrote my own message on it.
