I have already seen those teddy eyes. But they should be more like doll eyes.
more naturel. Like real eyes.

it´s because, and this might sound strange, I have dream, of using them for a competition. To put them in a calla, so it would appear alive and looking upon you.
I can ensure you, I´m not crazy. Close, but not really.

I have searched in every hobbyshop. but noone knows where to get them.
Then I saw that Newbee make teddy bears.

But I proberly wont find them, before someone else have used them. It pretty much happens alot with the ideas I get. I sit with my skecth book and think. Thats a great idea. I will use that one day.

And then I see a magazine or a book. And volla, the idea allready done.
I´m simply to slow.

Hi Bellis D,

Sorry for the slow reply.

I use the black glass eyes, not the ones like dolls eyes. I must confess that I think you may struggle with the kind of eyes you are looking for. Good luck though!!

have you been looking at teddies, dolls etc that you may be able to take the eyes out of. Expensive way of doing it, but may save hours of searching.

Well I looked at my mums old doll. but I could not.
And I think she would be very disappointed. and it seemed like vandalismen.

My own old dolls, well, they don´t have them.

I will just have to dream on.

My little niece have some. But she became very hysterical last time. When I searced her teddy dinosaurus for a projekt.

She is only 1 and a half y.o.

imagine if I took the eyes from her dolls. uhhh. she would never let me near any of her stuff again.

Do you have charity shops there selling second hand stuff, you could maybe find old dolls there you could use, if not let us know maybe we could find you some over here and post them to you.

Hi Bellis you can get teddy and dolls eyes from a shop called hobby craft and then just attach your own wire to it and then cover it with stemtex tape. I also think that most hobby shops will be able to supply you with the eyes. Hope that helps.

Bellis...i thought you were 'crazy' in which case you should enjoy taking the eyes out of dolls (just after sticking pins into them)
