sorry you had to deal with that customer this morning, don't worry about it- I thought you'd have done a good job on it, look at it this way- you have much better stuff to do this week anyway, be glad of getting rid of a pain in the @rse order!!.

thanks jo, i have got better things to do but its more the rudeness that bothers me, they must still be looking for someone to do it, because they just phoned thinking i was another florist asking about the same thing, when i told them they had already been in they just put the phone down, i doubt they will find anyone else round here willing to do it, and i wouldnt do it now anyway

Hi Passionflowers doubt if she'll get the service elsewhere and yes you probably better of without her custom she sounds like she may have found fault no matter what you gave her
