I believe we had it a couple of years ago...to be honest we found it comparable with other roses we have had. Lasted just as well and people did buy it due to its size. I wouldn't give uit any bad press personally, but then again I guess different growers chrun out different quality?!

i really like the colour and shape of it...but we are not using our coooler at the mo because the shop is quite cold and they did open quite quickly compared with other roses. I still think they are a nice rose, but maybe I'll just get them when we are using the cooler

Totally agree Alby! Been having probs with my roses the last week. Asked dutchie how come...no idea. Personally I think it has to do with the time of the year. Last year around this time we had a few probs too with roses getting brown quickly or 'falling asleep'-they still look ok but don't open. Maybe it has to do with the weather?! Can't vote cuz I haven't had bordeaux...will test them tho.
