or are you simply already blessed with the perfect location?

I'd say im in not too bad a spot!

Hospital just around the corner, im on the way out to the cemetery, on one of the main shopping streets in the town, parking right at the door, on the not to sunny side of the street, not too far from the FD's but not right round the corner like one of the others.

Can't have it all though
