Glad it went okay for you maybe a staff training evening saying you would like to try a few new things out for MD asking them for suggestions and then 'how about we try this' and have some items listed on paper and say how you would like things done you make and ask them all to try after making up a few different items you may be able to see where each strengths lie and then assisgn that person to item they are best at. Good luck for the next one

I do specific products at the peaks and put make lists up in the workroom which my staff are expected to follow, really works and helps simplify the buying too, get it all into a big spreadsheet and it works itself all out for you

I HATE 6 rose bouquets - it looks pathetic because it is. If you don't want to spend the money on a dozen get something else I say, for th esame money you can get something lovely instead of a miserable 6 flowers with wee heads
