A 'uniform'?
What do florists generally wear to work today? When I was an apprentice I HAD to wear a 'uniform' everyday, (gorgeous flowery overall and black trousers
 ), but I see in my local florist that the girls wear what they want. Jeans and Ugg boots appears to be the norm. Does it inspire a more team oriented place to work if everyone is dressed the identically?

I supply t-shirts and fleeces for the girls. All with the shop name embriodered onto them. Also have smarter t-shirts for wedding fayres etc. They can wear whatever trousers they want and whatever shoes as long as they are practical.

We all wear black, boring but practical and have bib aprons. Whatever you do don't have tabards - only Mrs Overall (more tea Miss Babs?) wears tabards. Sorry to any tabard wearing florists ....................!

Hi,
We wear really nice short sleve cotton shirts in summer with the logo on them nice and tidy looking, and for the winter i also have smart bodywarmers with logo on too and jumpers to match, it's hard to try and be trendy but practical and get away from the tabbards that i was forced to wear when i was a junior florist years ago god i hated them, appologies too to anyone who has to wear one.

we have t shirts with printed logo and sweat shirts and fleece coats, even the driver has a thick coat with our logo, it goes down very well with the dear old ladys who are a bit reluctant to open there door now and again

no uniforms...! we all seem to like black though cuz we're all always showing up with it on!
