The phones are very quiet so I'm hoping that means it's taking off. Knowing how hard you guys work and what you achieve please find herewith my version of If by Rudyard Kipling. orders in a nano second even though they came in after cut off time.

If you can trust yourself when customers doubt you’ll
get the order delivered even though they admit they don’t
know the full address but it should be in the A - Z

If you can wait and not be tired even though it’s the
28th of February and you’re still reeling from Valentines.

If you can dream about real food even though
you know you’re on for another diet of ready meals and sweet bars

If you can think about creating a range of cool looking designs
even though you can’t get the spectre of red roses out of your mind.

If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster when you think you’ve lost it and then find it again
without having to say ‘hold on I’ll get a pen’

If you can bear to hear for 20 minutes while a little girl buys their first bouquet for Mum
even though you’ve a queue of customers who’ll spend more in less time

If you can make one heap of all the stems then you know you’ve cut and conditioned
every flower so they’ll last and last

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew to serve the awkward client who wants
something for nothing when you know they’ve loads of cash,

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, or walk
with Kings nor lose the common touch,

If you can fill the van with dozens and dozens of stunning gifts and more

ohh bless Carrie thats lovely,,has brought a tear to my eye,,but that could be the effects of the very large ginny n tonic I just had and the euc on my hands which is now in my eyes cos I rubbed them..dohh!!
