I agree with akito it is a smaller headed rose and is readily available, but I do find it a bit pointy for handties, if that makes sense, some other rose are a flatter head so you get a better shape I find. What about spray roses if it is clusters she wants

What white rose is small like Akito but with a less pointy head. I want some for buttonholes to tie in with Lily-of-the-valley. Answers on a postcard! Actually, just put your answers here, it's quicker.

I like creamy, whitey, antiquey colours. What about lily of the valley for their scent, ranunculus and akito (smaller than avalanche)? Guelder roses are nice, but don't know if that zesty green is right with a duck egg dress. Pearls are a nice addition, maybe down the handle, with an oyster satin ribbon.

Ooh, gettin carried away now, sorry love!
Jake that sounds soooo fab....only thing...I find the akito mark so easy..
Beleive it or not, I had Ranunculus for the first time last week. Its not a favorite in Ireland, but it is so good to last, and it so soft and elegant...
Do they always come in wraps of 50???

Yeah, I think only in 50's.

How far did they go? If you were basing something, what area would a wrap cover? I am using them for this easter wedding, a pave effect with muscari, pink and white ranunculus in 3 tier wire cake stands and need to work out quantities.

Jake, the were fairly closed when they came in, and all different head sizes and 50stems were no bigger than a wrap of akito's. And just keep in mind the stems are very soft. Like gerbera, just a bit thin'er... Think they'd like the "viagra"

Personally am always a bit wary of Akito and Sweet Akito...always seem to mark as soon as you breathe on them! Also could add a hint of green with 'F.Green' roses but that may be going a bit off spec...

What about Sweet Avalanch Roses and cream roses. The Avalanch has the hint of green edging.

I did a wedding last year where the bridesmaid was in minty green and I used Bianca Roses.

Bianca or Candy Bianca? Are Sweet Akito and Sweet Avalanche very similar in colour?
