I'd go to the delivery address first and see what you can sort out, if it was me i'd give them a chance to give me all the details of the senders address etc and if they get difficult I'd put a brick through thier window (Joke!!!)
If they don't want to give it tell them they are resposible for the bill for the flowers, its worth a try.If you don't get any joy with any of that i'd go straight to the police. |

i had the same problem last year, i went to the police, they toled me to go to legal adviser's, one of my customers from The Credit Protection Association tried to help, but they couldn't - they said that any court will not take the case under £500.We have to be carefully taking orders for bigger amounts, because nobody will help us,

Just Me's suggestion might work tell them you wanted to try to get it sorted between you as the credit card owner had contacted the police who had approached you for details but you thought you would give recipient/customer chance to sort out before you gave details to police as the case was going to court might scare her into action if she knows anything
