good idea?

good idea?
right I have decided I am going for a shop......do you think an existing business or a new one starting from scratch???? I have seen a couple on daltons etc... existing business' or I have seen a shop for sale, in a nice town on the high street, good location by a cut through to car park, nice looking shop and looks like an ideal florist. it is just by a light controled crossing and bus stop and next door to a wedding dress shop....but and a big but, is there are 3 other florists in town, all a little distance away apart from one who is opposite....what do all you clever experience guys think???
help!!!!!!

I am from Benfleet....trying to work out where you're thinking of setting up. You have BIG competition from the 2 established florists in the High Road.
