Hi tulips, We stock choclates here too and we do sell them on busy occasions like vals and mothers and christmas, what I did was went to the local wholesalers and got, black magic,cadburys milk tray,and roses and even though we are more expensive than the supermarkets our customers dont mind as we have them wrapped beautifully and it a one stop shop service, no one has ever complained. I always have pop too in the shop for the children. and it funny how much repeat customers i get because of that, you'd hear the kids roaring for a pop coming down my road and for peace the mums come in.

I had a brain wave yesterday. There is only one shop in the town that you can now get ice cream from on a Sunday. All the others have closed down. I don't usually open on a sunday, but if I thought I was going to make sales through tubs of ice cream I would!

Oh here in ireland when we say pops it is sweet pops not icecream, sorry for confusing you.

by the way, phil emailed me about the holly wreaths, said theres no problem about supplying me even though i dont use them, just to contact him nearer the time......must think im some kind of nutter asking about holly wreaths in April
