Hi Hayley, this is my offering...........
I would like to introduce X Florist on such n such Street to you. You may not know the name yet as we are new to the area. We are staffed by a team of creative and experienced florists who have X years of experience. As we all know, you never get a second chance to make a 1st impression and a stunning display of fresh flowers in your reception area will certainly help you do that with visitors to your (showroom, offices, bar, salon etc). DEPENDING ON WHO YOU’RE WRITING TO – YOU COULD PUT A BIT IN ABOUT DOING BQS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS E.G. THOSE WHO’VE BOUGHT A CAR, COMPLETED ON A HOUSE ETC ETC. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss how X Florist may be of service to you - we offer a service second to none, using top quality flowers at very competitive rates. With that in mind, I will call you early next week to make an appointment to meet with you. Yours sincerely,
