i quite like that i dea of sendind out a non specific quote.. i would just have to get my butt in gear and send it out quicker so everything was fresh in their minds..i have had people bring someone elses quotes in and ask for a better price its very annoying

Yes I had one of those a couple of years ago. It was the mother, the bride was fine but the mother kept going on and on and on about a pure white rose - I kept telling her that any rose that I get won't be as white as a piece of paper which is what she was expecting. Then she started going on about pacific blue roses and kept telling me what I should be doing with them.

In the end after the second visit and about ten emails I told her that I refused to do the wedding flowers for her daughter. The woman was SO fussy that I wasn't taking any risks because I knew she would find something to complain about. She did apologise, but I stuck to my guns and didn't take the wedding.

She did actually order flowers on the day for her daughter - white germini - and again insisted they had to be white white!

Yes we all have them at some time or other life can't always be straight forward much as we would like it to be suppose it is all part of the learning curve

I'm just trying to be as good at pickin on people as Simon Cowell. Then i might earn 40 million next year.
