I didn't want to do that Potty, i'm not a confident person. And I realise I need alot more than just 2 years in a college, I need some shop exeprience I know that.
I am jealous of you though Potty, you have done so well, but I just wouldn't have enougth confidence to do that, I'd be happy working for someone else I can't take my folder into the shops with me at the moment as the tutor's have it, so it'll be nice when I can show my work, or not so nice maybe HEHE Belinda |

Do you drive? Andover isn't that far if you have a car? Probably about 40 minutes away. How far are you on with your course. Can you do a hand tied reasonably well? |

Hi,
I do drive yes, I have been on my National Certificate in Floristry course now since last September, we have mostly covered funeral work to date. We are doing Hand Tied at the moment, have an exam on Thursday for a small bridesmade one I can gather some photo's together tommorow and send if that's some help to you. I do not really mind travelling, but I do have children at school and attend college on a Thursday, maybe this is why i'm having trouble Belinda |

I know what it's like, i have two children of my own 10 and 11 but still need their Mum at that age. So how would you manage if you travelled up? Sounds like you need something really local so you're on hand if something happened?

It's not too bad, my husband works right next to our house, and can allways get away, he's home all weekend too.
I have Eveleen, but have a friend thats a childminder if I managed to find anything, I think I am in the wrong area here, there is nothing at all, and I do worry about that as sometimes I feel i'll not be able to do what I have dreamed of doing for many years. The one day at college is really not enougth, although I do use my garage a bit to practice, and now I'm on the rota for church flowers Belinda x |
