Correct Tod, same would apply here. I've never actually gone into the fine print but suspect would either be covered by employers liabilty or public liability insurance. You must have both, so if someone is not employed then they would be considered 'general public' although we know what insurance companies are like if they suspect that the person was 'working' which carries an extra 'risk' even if not in 'paid' employment. Of course you can't just put them on the payroll at a noninal £1 per day just to cover that as there are minimum rates that must be adhered to. Does get a little bit tricky when you think about it.

When we were kids we used to go off to Rockingham for our school holidays. We had a place near the beach and the walk was covered with double g's. us kids in bare feet really had a hard time. and the stingers!...say no more..but..lovely place.
