Quick decision may be needed
As I said in my hello bit, i'm thinking of taking over an existing florist. just heard that several others are interested, so i may have to make a quick decision. Looks good, books look good. I'm a qulaified florist with 15 years experience and also an accounts administrator so can do PAYE VAT etc. Is now the time?
Having another look later....am i brave enough? Been running business for others for years. Don't know what I'm asking really - just need to put it down in writing. Comments welcome though. ![]() |

So long as you know that the other 'interested' parties are genuine and it's not just sales talk circulating to get you to rush into it. Always assume the attitude that you're not really bothered if you don't get it. Then you won't be making rash decisions that you'll regret later. You still want to negotiate the best deal you can get.
Having said that, some things are worth sticking your neck out for and if you can see that it's the one for you then go for it.
