Some customers are nice!
Sweet old lady today ordered coffin spray for £75 and got to the card, selected large funeral card and said "I'd like to pay you extra for the card". I said..that's not necessary dear it's all inclusive.
She said "I insist, you did such a good job last time that i want to make sure you have enough money" So she puts £4 on the counter and pushes it across. "No dear, they don't cost that much"..... "No, i want you to have it" ??
