help glueing ribbon

help glueing ribbon
Help please,

I am ribboning a cross what glue do you use (or any other trick) on the squares at the ends? I know I could "turn" corners with the ribbon but I am still finding that hard to get all aligned

I peak all the corners.

Don't use glue on my ribbon, I pin everything in with moss pins.

I pin too, but I think you mean making the corners which I staple together underneath, just make sure that both your ribbons end/start right on the corner and you have left enough ribbon to make them with....nothing more annoying than having to undo some of the pleating and this makes it wrinkly

Thanks folks I do pin and Mitre on letters etc but I did one cross a little while ago and rather than mitreing I left the ends square and glued - I thought it looked neat. I just cant remember what I used as floral adhesive showed thru the ribbon ..Is has to be white ribbon again !!

Cheers Snowdrop I went on a rummage for the glue dots and found a Pritt stick. The glue dots would be good on any other colour but I remember now I used the pritt stick
