Am currently going through an epic,with a printing company(doing some colour labels for me...or not as the case may be)..they are called "The paper studio"from weston super mare"any comments on this company, so i can turn up my temper or turn it down if enough of you have had a good experience of them,thankyou.

I have had envelopes and labels printed by them had no problems.

That's two notches,im down to quiet seething now..

never used them but what was the problem you were having.

They didn't match(even slightly to colours supplied)..and then got worse,even further away from colours supplied...it's as if they didn't care...spoke with big cheese several times..he's full of promises,just staff don't seem to keep up with promise..they have had my dosh,i just got vague sorry's that stuff was wrong.i'm giving them time to put it right 3/4 weeks now...just getting ready to do a charge back on payment if something acceptable does not appear in post pronto(as promised..again!!!)..
(To admin this would i hope be a better/more acceptable response than the late at night posting)

We've used them for various bits and peices and have always been happy. We found the customer service to be excellent - we ran out of envelopes at Mothers Day and he drove up to our shop first thing in the morning to drop some off for us.

We've used them once, just for envelopes - nothing too complicated.

No complaints here.

Unfortunately for me,my own experience is still ongoing i am on first name terms with all the staff and the boss,so much so that i know them instantly by voice" hello" and vice versa for them with me,i have had every conceivable printing excuse going...and still no labels/proof that is satisfactory(its honestly as if no one listens to basic instructions)my previous quote to describe my experiences was "moderated away" but i still stand by it...................oh yes and they promised on Monday 21st this week that they would have a correct colour matched(to my requirements) label proof to me.....it ain't come yet!!!!!!!!!!!!..
All this is probably more down to my lack of luck in all things,rather than them,they do not know that "if i fell in a bucket of tits,i would almost certainly come out sucking my thumb"...such is life for memore often than not...sigh...........
