PS Mardy I still get milk delivered to the door and it tastes way better that the C**p from the supermarket

Me too.......mainly 'cos I can't be arsed to carry it.....and I think it's more eco friendly, recycle the glass bottles!!!!!

I have a guy that does my deliveries as and when I need him. Some days I dont have any and others I may have a few. I just give him an hours notice and he's here- works perfectly!

Together we have made a list of prices according to postcode, so I pay him per delivery.

If its really quiet at the shop, or if feel I need to take a few minutes out, I will usually do them myself and pop a sign up to say so.

we have three guys, two are retired from their full time jobs. One is 70 but he's very sprightly for his age, in fact more so than the others that are about 10 years younger hehe.
The other one retired early from his full time job so they all do 2 days each which suits them and me. At the peaks they are all in every day

Cheers guys, we are taking over an existing business but having asked around family/friends we have quite a few willing takers phew!
