I think your price is very reasonable too I would charge a lot more. But if you think she won't go for it, you could suggest a bay tree decorated with flowers and lights wired in.
You could either sell it to her along the lines of she'll have the tree to keep after the wedding or if you think you'll make make use of it for other weddings hire it to her.

thanks guys, ended up doing just what sosas said, i sent quote off yesterday detailing that is she wanted a decorated bay tree would be from £70 but if she wanted mainly roses and foliage then £135-200 depending on size, thought it was up to her to decide then...but hey guys you were such a great help THANK YOU XX
