Hyacinths in November? Please help!

Hi,

I'm a newbie on the site and have just posted a thread introducing myself on the introduction forum.

I am doing some flowers for a friends wedding in November and she wants to use white hyacinths. Does anyone know how much I can expect to pay per stem for these in November?

For centre pieces I am thinking of using small cubed vase with 3 hyacinths in the middle edged with roses places low in the vase, what do you think? Any other ideas or pics of how I can use them in table centres would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Jemma

are hyacinths available in november, Im not sure they are fleurty, maybe best speaking to the wholesaler that you will be ordering them from. If it was my bride Id say get married in the spring, only joking, but november is a bit early for hyacinths i think or really late depending how you look at it

they might be available and cheaper as pots of flowering bulbs so you could use them as they are bulbs and all for the table centre i think it would look fab
