couple of things i had to get somewhere else was big tub of flower food, i dont like the liquid, and dont have a dosing unit, 5kg i think it is, maybe too heavy to post? oh and silk heather, comes in bags for button holes, oh and if you can get any tartan ribbon, and the ribbon you do do I find is too narrow, I like to use 16mm for wrist corsages but you only do 10mm and its a bit narrow, oh and will you be getting any platic flowers for holly wreaths, xmas roses, poinsettia, calla lillies, oops that was more than a couple of things, never mind lol

hi hotdog, please, I don't mean to be snarky...I am just not understanding why, or rather your reasoning behind the 'minimum'. You said in post that order processing takes a long time....why? for lack of better wording...WHAT takes so long?

i did need beads on a roll but did find quite a few of you out there in syberland.......... but also on the other hand i like to see in front of my eyes what i am buying , carnt be faffing about with the ruler trying to gage what 3" is or it has a diamiter of 24"........ but box of oasis you know and flower food, well yep its flower food.
but you could probably say we are never happy and as i have said b4 we want the moon on a stick lol

We have the flower food! code 5160. Sorry no heather but if you have any more info like supplier name? I will try to find it. Tartan ribbon is on its way for xmas. I will look out for 16mm ribbon. We have the plastic flowers, you can find them in the xmas, artificial section, really cheap too but only available when we move (2 weeks). I do my best!

Big warehouse (sort of), 20 different products in various locations, some heavy but some light and fragile often requiring several different boxes. Parcel tape everywhere! Dealing with the courriers shipping software and packing labels. Any mistakes made or shortages on orders require refunds or re-sending. We have to reproduce invoices on our epos system (till) as our shopping cart software is so inadequate (im working on it). It all takes time.

That must have sounded so boring sorry all!
