thats really cheap. mine was over 40 quid at valentines

Think I've been had! My Broadband is 29.99, service charge is 15.51, call charges are 5.10 all + VAT. I tend to use my mobile alot as I pay for 1000 mins a month.

I'm with XLN for one phone line and UTV for the one with broadband, I forgot that my freephone number diverts to one of my lines and it not a separate line oops

we have one line and use it for phone, fax, broadband, and credit card machine.
the only time we had a prob with the credit card machine is when we were moving it over so had a few hiccups. but otherwise no problems ..... and we hardly ever do the end of the day thing!!!

we also have a freephone number but have a lot of problems with it!!! we are with call08.com.. but i think we may have to move elsewhere.. have to sort it out.. when i have the time.!!!!

I use Barclaycard. They are utter rubbish but then I have a feeling they are all as bad as each other. I just want the bloody thing to work! Someone has mentioned an Epos system which I think is a credit card facility that works through the computer. Going to look into that but I bet its pricey.
Barclaycard claim that they very rarely get people with problems with their machines. Hmm. Must just be me then!

With HSBC and from memory had problems twice over the years, but one phone call has a new machine delivered next day.

yeh we use streamline. originally with natwest. but moved over to alliance and leicster. and no probs..
once we had a prob and they replaced it no prob...

you should think of chaning maybe.....
