i also ask them to do a pretend customer thing customer comes into the shop asked for a bouquet around £20.00 what would you do!!! if they sa well this is a £20 but this is a £25.00 or even try and sell a £30 just t see what there sale skills are like if they give up straight away at the £20.00 then i would be disapointed |

i'd get them to do a handtied aqua, a arrangment and something wired as well like a fressia corsage, i think people always say they can wire when often they can't, especially proper corsages. don't forget references and to check em

Good luck Elouise.
Crickey I would be a nervous wreak making up a handtied with someone interviewing me and watching over me. Must be equally as nerve wracking interviewing someone, or do you get used to it? Good luck Bel x |

well i only had one interview today, got another tomorrow and another thursday.
The lady was nice and she has lots of experience, exactly what were looking for, she can do all the days and hours i need as well as cover for any hols and busy times, but i have to give all the others a chance for an interview. i got her to make a h/t and it was fine, nothing spectacular but that could have been nerves, but so far, so good. Did you have a nice week off? |
