Just uploaded an 18" rose heart in gallery. You might be able to work it out from that. They were short roses but probably about same size head as passion

by looking at flys in the gallery i would say 70 ish, its really hard to tell but again it depends on how open they are, it would keep the cost down to buy a short stem passion, im gonna be cheeky now, how much have you charged?

looking at the 18" heart if you were to drop over the side and do another row round the edge you would be over 100 roses to fill it. If you get hold of a short passion that you can price out around 60p (that's the 10 packs, not the 20's) they will be a bit smaller and may use more. Add on your heart at say 10.00.
Ribbon edge?, cala lily....Let's say you can do all this in an hour if you get your skates on. Your 120.00 is worth £100 after vat and bank charges. If you pitched less than that, don't be too worried about not getting it. You could even justify a bit more if using best passion, considering they're nearly as dear as Grand Prix at the moment.
