i did my work experience in a florist, but i was lucky because its what i wanted to do, but when i was a trainee i had to take care of the school work experience girls, and i hated it, none of them were actually interested in floristry, i had to deal with one a year, and only one of them was at all enthusiastic, you can work out straight away if they cant be bothered, and the ones who couldnt be arsed got to mop the floor and cut cello all week, whereas the one who was bothered did these things as well, but also got to learn how to make a hand-tied, i would not take on one in my own shop, but thats just me
