Apparently so. I had some at home in my work room and was getting really annoyed because I couldn't find premises. I decided to get rid of the feathers and now I have my shop. Bonkers? Yes!

Despite my earlier joke I really do like Christmas too. Next Jan 08, get up to the spring gift fair at NEC, you will walk your legs off , there is a whole hall dedicated to Christmas. Some of the suppliers have massive minimum orders and mainly sell to garden centres but there are plenty that will welcome the smaller order. Perhaps we could all meet up and have a jolly? Has anyone else been there for a nosy?
I have. Its bizarre seeing the Christmas hall in January. Its like a freaky grotto. Not a fan of christmas, although I may change my tune when I make my fortunes this Christmas! Just been up to Pulse at Earls Court in London. Thats a good one for looking at trends. Got some great ideas for stock up there.

I have to say there wasn't much in the way of 'add ons' for florists but i found a few lovely companies that I'll use for the gift side of shop, things like gorgeous scented candles, pretty soaps, rose petal confetti and gift cards. I think its just good to go and see whats going on really. Like you say, alot of these companys have huge minimum orders so you can't order anyway.
