Of course you have a heart, every one does, AND you are a professional.
No matter how difficult the job is, children and young people is the worst, and you can feel every ones grief. As soon as you have the flowers in your hand, you just do your job ,as good as you can. This is what I love about my job, I can cry, I can feel sorry for my customer but I CAN do what they want. ![]()

I Will Always Remember The First Funeral Order My Manager Made Me Take Littledid She Know It Was A Babys Funeral I Don't Know How I Got Through It But I Did Since I've Had Children Though Its Got A Hell Of Alot Harder I Have To Walk Away And Come Back With Saying Just Have A Look Through The Book And Compose And I'm Back Have Seemed To Have Done A Few Childrens Funerals Over The Last 3 Years In Just So Heart Breaking I Got Unset The Other Day Just Rang A Bride Over Coming To The Church To Discuss Flowers And She Burst Into Tears Her Sister Had Been Killed In A Car Crash I Got Tearful And Upset As I Had Grown To Like This Girl And So She Has Put The Wedding On Hold!
