Yes, me too, wiring individual heads in extra as required to get the shape, I use a few mini aspidistra to frame them at the top and a touch of china or typha grass. We did one a couple of years ago, long and thin, trailing, took 2 boxes of orchids, that's what got us into them, more usually we do a shorter and wider teardrop shape just using one box of orchids, have a pics of both styles if someone can help with the attachment thing. I love them they are one of the quickest and easiest bouquets to make and they look so stunning.

Have PMed you prices. They are among our most expensive bouquets, I charge enough to cover the cost of 2 boxes of orchids for the long one and one whole box for the teardrop, experience has taught me that if there are any orchids left over they will not get used in shop orders and just go to waste. I love making them, they are really quick, and as everyone else is scared of them I get to do them all
. Have a weekend coming up with 2 teardrop ones to do, one all white the other all pink, looking forward to the pink one as I've not done that before. |
