Floristry student book list

Hello all floristry students

Great to hear how you have all settled into college, wish l had known about this site when l was a student.

Don't know of your tutors have given you a book list or how good the library is at college but here is a list of books l found realy helpful for my level 2 C&G
course:

Professional Floristry Techniques - Ashwell and Pearson
The complete book of cut flower care - Mary Jane Vaughan
Caring for cut flowers - Rod Jones
The A-Z of cut flowers - Gilly Love
A hsitory of Flower arrangement - Julia berral
Flora Domestica, a history of flower arranging 1500-1930 - mary rose blacker
Saying it with flowers - the story of the flower shop - jennifer davies
Marriage a la mode - three centuries of wedding dress - national trust
Fundamentalls of colour - nafas - great for all colour wheel assignments and includes a colour wheel

l am a bit of a bookworm and loved having my own copies of these books for my assignments, and l was able to get most of them secondhand.
