Ohh Lisa, you are not far from me. What college do you attend?
I have yet to take my 2nd year, but I can honestly say, I've learnt more in a few weeks in my job than I had a whole year in college. Good luck with your exam Bel x |

all one shade is good as you can't immediately see faults but I would go for contrasting colours as you can see where your faults are ie balance etc my favs are lemon white purple or pink lime purple but really colour is not that important as long as you get the balance right go with a colour you like as long as the compliment each other

Hi, am now on my final year of a BA (Hons) in Floristry Design. I have to admit my flower arranging in oasis skills are still a bit lacking on the traditional style arrangements, but it does come to you eventually!! I agree with Snowdrop though, contrasting colours will help you visualise the shape. I have found tho some colours for me are easier to work with than others. Although did find white and lime green quite easy to work with and keeps in with colour balance. Its all down to personal preference really.
DOn't worry too much, keep going am sure you will be fine! ![]()
