OOps sorry Chris, just looked it isn't naylor boards that I use, it's Val Spicer Kasket tops. I love using them because you can literally fill them with flowers and foliage. I only use fresh flowers in my Funeral work as our flowers are guaranteed for 5 days, so these big Kasket tops are perfect for keeping the flowers fresh.

oops only just noticed your post Alan, no offence intended. I just prefer to use the larger caskets oasis which are considerably more expensive than using 4 oasis blocks. The suggestion was not that you are a cheap skate, or a profit mongerer, it was just warning other florists that if they chose to go for a Val Spicer kasket top it would cost them considerably more money which would cut their profit margin. We all know that squeezed as we are the profit margins are pretty narrow anyway.

![]() Re above - on the gallery piccies someone had posted a funeral spray in two halves. Never knew you could do them like this. So each half is a mirro image of the other one and joined together in the middle. I suppose once completed would be heavy so wouldn't slide of the coffin, however, I would hate to see if the funeral cortege had to do an emergency stop one half thrusted to the front and one to the back![]() No seriously is there another method of doing these than the casket spray. Birkenhead, eh! My fella's from Claugton Village (the posh part or so he says?), lulu |
