Hi luv
I would make as one in two parts,two X two brick trays total four oasis bricks.It is easer to transport and all our local funeral directors prefer big casket tops this way.

So right Alan. i'd never make a full coffin spray as one piece. just too much of a struggle for everyone involved. It's so easy to make it up in two halves and nobody knows the difference

Have been using the Naylor Base "Design Boards"...come with oasis already in plastic base with rubber spots on the bottom to keep it from slipping...

Yep, seen that happen, thankfully not to one of mine, Like Chris I always use the Naylor Base "Design Boards"...casket tops. They are longer than the 2 block trays and wider. They are quite heavy when filled so will definately stay in place. They cost a lot more than 2 double trays with 4 oasis blocks, so you won't make as much profit. It's a matter of choice.
