Just wanted to say thanks so much for the articles you organised for me. Almost got the report written now. Your pieces certainly helped and I spoke with Sarah Horne on the telephone. She was extremley helpful!

As those who were there will testify I blew the biscuits and ended up bringing a half eaten pack of low cal hobnobs ... tea only arriving about 40 mins later. Will do better next time but if you send me your address I'll whizz a goodie bag off to you. Signing off now as must do my bit on flowerchat otherwise I'll get grief from that side!

awwwwwww how sweet of you, but you don't have to send me any bics I was only messing. Just finished off a packet of Chocolate Chip Shortbread. cor my two favourite bics rolled into one............heaven.
