we did this not long ago - i would add a point of health and saftey at work stuff - a few in our group didn't mention it and got the work back to upgrade with health and safety being the main reason
things such as ''don't store oasis foam above your your eye level because the dust could go in your eyes'' ''store wires and pins in solid containers so they don't pierce the boxes and hurt someone''
also our college is getting on the recyling thing big time - such as stock that is being thrown away (not that there should be) is recycled into green waste for compost and packaging is put into some form of recycling program the local councils have.
these are a few things we got pulled up on when we did our stock rotation assignment, because we are all working to a sustainable industry ??!!
good luck with it

Worth mentioning that not all councils run any kind of recycling for business waste, and removing it from the premises yourself to put in your own 'green bin' or compost heap is illegal!!! (which is totally pants!) so as much as you want to try to save the planet, your hands are tied by red tape

I was told by the chap who came from the council to think of it as my green waste was helping the land-fill sites to decompose quicker (!)

Jeez!
