The distinction was for a textured posy, the fail was an informal presentation bouquet. Actually, you could help me on my re-try...

by doing it for me!
when i was on level 2 the whole group failed the informal presntation bouquet - all 23 of us not one of us could get it right
i went home and practised with everything that had a stem stick or stalk on it even chopsticks till i got that angled 'V' shape.
we all passed in the last week tho
