Beetroot...

Beetroot...

Just seen a very impressive way to store beetroot if you have a bumber harvest and can't use it all. In the fridge it will last maybe 10days...however if you put it in a sand filled container and put more sand over the top and then cover with a slab or piece of wood it will keep for over two to three months!!
