to all you home workers good luck we did it at the begining and the mess was unberable never had time for myself,brekfast lunch and supper phone calls early morning deliveries together with brekfast. The truth is it cost more being in a shop but the cost outweighs the hassel of home

The hotel that i work for in Bedfordshire is holding a Wedding Fair in February and as i do all the in-house flowers i will doing all the flowers for the hotel .
Then in March the local conference centre is holding a wedding fair.
I have only ever been to one wedding fair that was at Woburn Abbey, This will be my first time doing one, so i'm not sure what i am going to do yet or what colours.
Have you done any fairs before ?

How are you getting on with starting to work from home, I am looking into doing the same but actually just started. Still need to do some more research Business gateway is a pretty good start though, If you actually go to their seminars (I pulled out last moment as I was too scared hehe)

There are some very successful home workers on here who have very nice internet shops. I would think that getting yourself a good site is a must if you want to start up your own home based business.

Well, I've registered a website now, brought some internet space, currently in the middle of designing my business cards and website - so very busy!

I still won't be actually putting myself out there until I finish my course in May/June time, even then, I might not feel ready! We shall see!

as i live in peterborough i find it hard to get fresh flowers can anyone help please as im working from home no one seems to want to help me

Nice to see that you've started to create you're own company from home.

I started my own company last year and it's taken a while to get going.

I dont know if it's any interest to you but i got a phone call the other day from a company offering me free web advertising, which is brilliant because my marketing budget is running low. I suggest that you put yourself on as many free search engines as possible. I think this one was called Abacussi. not sure if it was .com or .co.uk though, sorry.
