rainbow. you are so funny. i will sell it to them as long as i have enough, wont sell them boxes for handtieds or anything that i am running low on just in case i run out. No offence meant to anyone on here but i have had a couple of cocky arse students in and i dont sell to them cause of their attitude. I dont do it cheap either though. Mind you having said all that, if it become regular i would get it in specifically to sell... money in the till and all that...

when i was a student i went to the wholesalers and bought myself what i needed anyway, i would not have asked a florist to sell me her stuff. Must just be how you are taught maybe but our tutors said that most florists do not want to sell their sundries on.

I was lucky my tutor was also my employer so I only had to pay for my course everything else was supplied by her and then brought back to shop for display or sell

My tutor runs a wholesale business for florists and amateurs. Prices are not the cheapest, but for convenience it's fantastic and there is no minimum order like big sundries companies.

this was before i started studying.i do believe some florists will and some wont
i still got what i wanted that day just not from the florist but from hobbycraft instead.she did sell me oasis just not the pot tape so found it a little odd
