I used trays that hold 3 oasis bricks, which I don't seem to be able to get any more (anyone know if they are still available...keep collecting them back up after each event). I split Oasis lenthways and pinned sheet moss on top. Dug little holes with a knife or finger and inserted the hyacinths in situ. The candles were just bedded into the moss.

The trays are so useful. So much quicker than double trays. I used them for this back wall too:
