Hi all

I'm not actually a florist, but found this site and thought it might be the easiest way to get an answer to my question. Sorry, here under false pretences!!!

I visit a particular florist in Lincoln two or three times a year to buy flowers for my mother's grave and they are exceptional in terms of service. I've been going there since summer 2003 and they give me the most beautiful arrangements I've ever had. They were extremely compassionate on my first visit and now recognise me when I call. I always get exactly what I want without even asking for specifics. It's possibly the best customer service I've ever had.

I'd like them to get some recognition but have absolutely no idea where to go and who to speak to.

Is there a florist council that I can contact?

Theres not really a council so to speak.

You could contact the Flowers & Plants Association

Or what I would do is put a little note in the local news paper, then they might get some business from your nice comments.
