If an adult with the mental age of ten killed a child would i call it murder

An adult with a mental learning capacity of a ten year old would be very unlikely to kill anybody. No i wouldnt call it murder as they have a very severe disability and as such cannot be held to account for their actions as a normal functioning adult would be. But you can be sure they would be put into a mental institution somewhere for the rest of their given days. These 2 boys had no such disabilities and now walk free

This forum certainly ain't the place for philosophy!!

Nor do I, but some only wish too I love a debate and everyone is entitled to their opinion with out being blown out ( which happens a lot on here ) As I have said many times the written word can be read many ways by different folk even though the words are the same.

But on the thread I Lived in liverpool when it happned and it runs deep through many people and I think they should rot in hell. JMO

For what it is worth they were 2 evil little brats who fully intended to harm ........ and for them to get a new life handed into their hands at the rate payers cost is all wrong ........... as for children being a blank canvas sorry that is nonsense I know of 2 children from different families who are the most disobedient nasty wicked evil brats you would ever want to meet and have been from the day they were born .......... constant trouble at home, in school and everywhere they go ........ they do what they want when they want and nothing or nobody stops them ......... both sets of parents are at their wits end they have had theraphy the boys have had theraphy but nothing helps or changes their behaviour ........... so yes they should rot in hell ....... much as I love my children and my grandchildren if they ever do the crime they will do the time and believe me I would make sure they did

I have no desire to fight or argue with anyone, we are all entitled to an opinion and this is mine, yes I am stubborn and I am thick, when I make a decision I stick to it, nobody or nothing changes my mind
