As i am sat here reading through threads, looking at jokes, checking my messages and looking in the gallery what i should be doing is this -

two wedding orders, speaking to the brides and then emailing order FOR SATURDAY ---please how lazy am i??

Anyway, my point is that i put off this wedding order lark constantly and it is really a pet hate of mine and was just wondering if it was just me or does anyone else have pet hates and if so instead of doing them reply and let us all know

My pet hate (floristry wise) is conditioning roses, and cleaning out the vases - its such a backbreaking job. Yuk!

Hey there - I hate doing up the wedding orders too - like the consultations (most of the time!) Love making the arrangements, but hate doing up the order - am always afraid that Ill order too much/too little and I have to check everything ten times to make sure I havnt done somthing stupid like order the wrong roses!! Also hate doing the general bookeeping - reciepts and all that - always make excuses not to do it til its a huge forest of paper and I cant get into the office!!

floristry wise its conditioning roses but everyday stuff i hate it when the family dump there washing on yhe kitchen floor instead of in the washer and also when someone puts a new loo roll on the holder the wrong way ie...under and not over if you know what i meanthe list could go on on so i wont bore you hehehehe

at least someone actually changes the toilet roll, in our house they just put it on top and wait for me to go in

In our house Mr Nobody leaves just one square of paper on the roll.....then it's not technically run out and they don't have to put another one on the holder..........

Now i'm confused...why does it matter which way it comes off the roll...unless it's printed with crosswords or something

Ok was all inspired by your post yesterday about stuff we hate (mine being the bloody paperwork in all its incarnations and the tidying of the office) Got up early with great intentions - have so far cleared about 1sq foot of space on my desk, put 3/4 files where they go (as apposed to on the floor!) and then I felt I really deserved a cuppa so I sat down at the computer (just while I was having my break mind) and have spent the last hour mucking about looking at other florists websites and chatting on here - can I file that under "research"!!????
