I get the feeling you think this site is not as serious as fchat. Thank god its not, this place is a fantastic antedote to the stresses of the floristry business. I guess it annoys me you post more on fchat when this place is 1million times more interesting, fun, friendly, informative... Need i go on?!

I'm sorry you feel that way ... I think the fact I bother to read this site and did register - quite openly as myself rather than under an alias - proves that I find it interesting and another thing I need to 'clock' in order to understand my readers and my industry. I didn't realise that I was rated on the number of posts I make.

Of course you are, many members have been looking forward and excited to hear your thoughts on various topics, so far you've only replied to threads with your name in it- now get posting!

Then I regret I will fail miserably and might as well give up the ghost now and bow out gracefully. You see I've only actually started 14 threads and made 139 postings in 9 months ... hardly a massive output and absolutely paltry compared to your 43 threads and 1475 postings in pretty much the same time!

You cannot judge a person on what their forum activity is, especially given there is more than enough from me in all sorts of other places. If people really want my opinion/thoughts then they can ping me directly or ring me. I may not respond instantly … simply because of my odd hours ... but I always take calls and always respond to e-mails.

By the way love your designs ... would actually like to know who you really are.

Yes everyone knows they can email or pm you! Your few posts are sensible and informative whereas the vast- vast majority of mine are nutty nonsense. Well its interesting talking to you rather than just reading your editorials!

Maybe that's the problem ... I'm just too darned sensible. And will you ever fess up as to who you are.
