Public and Private forums

Difficult one as search engine was how I found the site (looking for work experience) but think letting off steam should definitely be private.

How about making let off steam accessible only to members with 50 or more posts? That's enough to put most people off if they're just here to be nosey and for us to get to know them before letting them in on our rants.

having areas private until members have done 50 posts seems a good plan
agree letting off steam should be private maybe a few more should be private too such treen's demo threads and the ones about all your shops - well you do need somewhere to swap ideas and not let on to the general public.

I think its a good idea im a new member and i would like to just to speak to other florists that are qualified to do this job as i get enough wanabes coming in my shop,who haven't trained and dont want too. I think it should just be for real professional florists only ....as we are the only ones who know what were talking about...
All that are in training at college/shop etc YES
All flower evening class with no qualifications NO
As these are the people who take work away business from the real florists of this world.....as they think they are all qualified..NOT.
